Common Pain Conditions

Care Center Rehabilitation and Pain Management treatment provides a holistic multidisciplinary approach to pain, in lieu of the traditional syndrome-oriented or modality-oriented clinics. We understand that pain is a very subjective experience. Although the cause may not be apparent, the pain is very real. Therefore, each patient receives an individualized and integrated treatment plan administered by a dedicated team of professionals.
