When I first came to the Care Center, I didn't
realize that I would meet my mother. A woman who embarrassed me
with open arms the moment I walked through the door. She listened
to my problems and she gave me advice. When I was in despair, she
ever so gently took her warm healing hands and placed them on my
face. Laid my head on her shoulder and gave me a comforting place
to cry. (Thank you Marlene) When I first came to the Care Center,
I didn't realize that I would meet my sister. A sister who gave
me encouragement, strength, and support. But most important, when
times got a little hectic, she took the time to pray with me. (Thank
you Amina) When I first came to the Care Center, I didn't know that
I would meet my best friend. Someone I could confide in. Someone
who was willing to share every part of her life with me, as I was
willing to share my life with her. (Thank you Tina) When I first
came to the Care Center, I didn't realize that I would find two
of my cousins. Although they may have thought that I was a little
silly at times, like one of my cousins would say, "You so Crazy
". But never the less if I ever needed any result's, (Amanda
and Veronica) would make it happen. Thank you for having my back.
When I first came to the Care Center, I didn't know that I would
meet my girlfriend. The most compassionate, loving, snuggliest person
I have ever met. She almost made me question my own sexuality, but
I don't swing like that! If I ever decided to cross over, which
I won’t, because I daunt swing like that. (Pam) you have the
heart and soul of a mate that I would cherish for life. When I first
came to the Care Center, I didn't know that I would meet my husband.
A man who knows how to touch me in all the right places. But not
only does he have great hands, he has a great personality and a
great sense of humor. (Thank you Luis) When I first came to the
Care Center, I didn't know that I was going to meet my father. A
man who knew me before I knew myself. A man who taught me to believe
in myself. (Thank you Dr. Gagne) Although I didn't go down the line
and single out each and every one of you, you all know how I feel
about you. And if you don’t know, all of you have touched my
heart in your own special way. As I leave here a part of each and
every one of you will leave with me. Thank you for becoming my second
family while I was away from my own family.

Dear Care Center Rehab,
As per my conversation with you last week and as per my doctor's
orders, I need to discontinue physical therapy and all exercise
at this time. After performing an MRI of my lower back they found
I have some discs that is causing my severe lower back pain. I appreciate
the wonderful care I have received from your facility and as soon
as I can, I will resume physical therapy at Care Center Rehab. In
the meantime please cancel all my pre-booked appointments until
further notice and forward me any outstanding bill. My last Physical
Therapy visit was on Monday,
